Good executive coaches are excellent listeners, thought partners, truth-tellers, and cheerleaders, even if they sometimes have to call you out on your B.S. They help you see the big picture. They help you think through decisions without imposing their own opinion on what you should do.
I’ve had great jobs with challenging times, horrible jobs I didn’t know how to get out of, and everything in between. What always helped was having someone to challenge me, support me, cheer me on, and keep me accountable. I got that through mentorships, coaches, and supervisors, and it’s what I strive to give pay forward with my mentees and coaching clients.

I am a GTM O.S. certified coach for GTM Partners. I’ve also worked as an operator, leader, and executive in GTM roles (mostly marketing and sales) for the last 25 years.
I work with GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and solve some of the thorniest GTM problems around.

How It Works
Free consultation and vibe check: I offer anyone who wants one a free, 45-minute consultation to identify the issues you want to explore in coaching and get to know each other better. A good executive coaching relationship has everything to do with trust and personal chemistry, so let’s find out if we are a fit.
Establish scope: If we decide to work together, we’ll agree on your goals, a rate, and a frequency.
Intake session: at our first formal meeting, we’ll get more clear on your goals. We will end our first session with an action plan.
Ongoing support: I work with most executive coaching clients 2-4 times a month. Some people need only a few weeks or months to work on specific challenges, some people want a longer-term coaching relationship for ongoing support. For GTM advisory and marketing strategy, I work both as a fractional executive or on short-term projects.
Feedback and accountability: We’ll track progress on goals and objectives, stay accountable, and course correct as needed.
Evaluation and review: Depending on the length of the engagement, we might do a formal review partway through the process to evaluate progress, reassess goals, and make any necessary adjustments. With fractional clients we typically have a weekly or biweekly update call.
